Radeon 7850HD 2G
AMD FX 8120 8-Core Processor
Azza 500W power supply
WD 1TB HDD
16G of Ram

So what would you upgrade on my build right now that the sales are going on, If you think the build is fine which tablet should I get?

Upgrade your GFX card and maybe your motherboard.
