Climbing up the ladder
(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); Hello, I'm looking for a prebuilt PC as I'm not good at building things. I want it for the sole purpose of general use (searching the internet, playing games ect.) I want it for also playing high quality games BF4 ect so demanding games like COD and already stated BF. On the side recording and editing with ease and thats it really.

I was looking at the Alienware x51 or anything along that price range (600-700 GBP) (999-1166 USD if in USD it must ship to the UK for a cheapish price preferably free)

ThanksSmile

It really depends on what you expect from your computer. I would consider it a contender. Its the best price/performance for gaming in my opinion

The processor there isn't going to be a bottleneck. It is one of the best from AMD right now. (The 8350 and 9370 being stock overclocked versions of the chip)
8GB RAM is more than enough for gaming, and any faster ram would be much more expensive with very little gaming performance increase.
The 760 isn't the best card on the market but it is no slouch. If I remember correctly it gets about 70fps on bf3 on ultra. I'm sure it can play bf4 on high-ultra settings perfectly fine.
I wouldn't overclock much on the cooler but it should be able to take a little if you wanted to.

The only thing I can say about the system is that I would recommend if you can spend just a little more to add a 120GB SSD as the boot drive.

Consider the SSD, if you can't afford to add anything extra to the system then everything will still work without it. I will say though that I consider SSDs to be the best upgrade you can do to your computer for the money.
