I did lots of research and picked a i7 4770k with a h220 to cool it down i picked the h220 because on the future i can expand if i add another radiator and water cool my graphics card which is a 780ti superclocked
i picked 16gb of ram because ill be doing editing too and i dont want my computer lagging because of the lack of ram, at first i was going for a 4930k but ended up sacrificing most of the useful parts and it was really expensive and a 4770k beats it on 1 to 2 cores programs but on multicore applications the 4930k beats it but its also 200$ more so i just went with the 4770k and hopefully overclock to 4.5GHz to 4.8GHz..
i posted this so i can do any last minute changes since any day now i can order the parts... on the future i might add another 780ti and water cool it too...

Not a bad build. I have the same exact same cpu and case. I personally like the 750D it's very spacious and for a full tower it really doesn't occupy much real estate which is such a blessing. As for the 4770k I got one that lived up to the name Hasfail, just to get 4.5Ghz I would have to up the voltage to 1.322v, which I'd rather not do even with my Noctua NH-D14. Since you're running water you should be able to achieve that just fine, and hell you might even get a CPU from a batch that is known to be great overclockers.

Best of luck bro.

thanks man just needed to make sure everything is fine , also i might go for a water cooling kit so its easier for me to just add a gpu block and watercool the card maybe just a future project idk but thanks (again) you did clear some doubts on my mind and hopefully i dont get a shitty 4770k =Z

No problem and I know right, lol. I only know one guy so far that has one the Intel lottery, I just wish I had his kind of luck too. tears
