Looks like it a WD blue HDD which is okay but nothing special performance wise.
You don't need a CPU cooler unless you want to over clock.
Don't know what case you're using

Looks okay but some things you can change to improve your bang for your buck. Looks like it would do 1080P fine at 60fps on middle ground settings.
