I have a $1500 budget to build a custom pc. I really don't know much about parts and such, so im asking for some help. You guys know more than i do so add in anything that would make the best PC gaming build for the budget specified.

PS: One of the main reasons for this pc is to record gameplay from games like Minecraft, BF4 or any COD to post on Youtube. Keep that in mind please.

There is no best bang for the buck there. That price is between resolutions of 1080p and 4k so your best bet is a 8350 and 2 290s and 144hz 1080p

the point i was trying to make is that no CPU runs at 12ghz. Even if it's has 4 cores they still all run at one clock speed and don't multiply together
