All of this for 449$

Specs
intel core i3 ( dont knwo the model but i know it starts with 41 ) Plan to replace it with a i5 4670k
3x Radeon 290x
80Gb Hard Drive( Which I will OBVIOUSLY replace )
also it seems it has a h60 for water cooling or a h80 i dont know gotta find out when i get it on my hands
I currently owned a pc with a intel pentium dual core, and a 8400gs with 256gb finally it bit the dust and i found this pc for a great price considering the parts that it has.
I put it away so no one else can buy it until i get the money on like 2 weeks
Tell me what you guys think

Also the people on the pawn shop said they had to put it on that price because people would't buy it because on today's mind set if its huge it's shit
Also they told me that the pc probably was used for bit coin mining...

Today Will Be Different
Not bad, definitely gonna have to get a quad core processor for gaming. But not bad considering how expensive those 290x's are.

That entire PC is shit except for the three R9 290X. If you want to upgrade the CPU, you're gonna want to upgrade the motherboard.

I recommend selling one or two of the R9 290X and making a new build. Three brand new R9 290X cost ~$900 total. You can get probably get ~$500 from selling two of them.

- Definitely upgrade the CPU (i5-4690K / i7-4790K).
- Could you give the motherboard model? All I can tell from the picture is that it is an orange Gigabyte motherboard and it has some OC features, so I'm guessing it's one of the Z97X-SOC/Z87X-OC boards. You won't need to upgrade this if it is.
- You can reuse the RAM.
- That's not a Corsair water cooler, it's a Cooler Master Seidon 120M.
- I would change that case; I'm guessing it's a full-tower case.
- Realistically, you can keep that PSU, but me personally, I wouldn't put a Thermaltake PSU in my build.

Thermaltake makes great power supplys and tbey have for a long time and i wouldn't second guess a higher end or mid end thermaltake psu in my pc. Also id keep a backup 290x since bitcoin miner and a reference cooler card. Unless he sells all 3 for a new 290x and a i5

If I were in the market for a new PSU, I would not throw $300 at that specific PSU. I wouldn't go with a 1000W+ power supply in the first place. I don't need that much wattage; all that extra unused power is just gonna be translated into heat and the efficiency might drop 2-5%. There are far more better PSUs for that price. When I said I wouldn't want a Thermaltake PSU in my personal rig, it was just a personal preference.

But since he already has it, he might as well keep it.
