GTA 5 runs good on most systems also that GPU overboard a ton :/
Unless you want to play 1440p.

Define without lag.......
Two GPUs are better compared to one overpriced GPU

Don't bother gaming in 4K; it's not viable. Aim for a 1440p 144hz setup instead.

If you have the money to spend on a FX-9xxx CPU, then go with Intel. The i5-4690K will be more than enough and won't bottleneck any dual-GPU setup. Intel arch is also flat out superior than AMD. For gaming, you're going to want to go with an Intel CPU. AMD is only good when on a budget. If you want to blow all your money on an ultimate PC build, look into the X99 chipset.

16GB of RAM is completely unnecessary. You can game with 4GB of RAM. You're never going to touch the last half of that 16GB, which cost about $60+. Get 8GB and invest that ~$60 on something else.

Also, please, for the love of god, do not get a Titan X if your intentions are to game. If you want to game, get SLI GTX 980, or wait for the GTX 980 TI / AMD 300 series GPUs.
