15% more performance for 50% more cost.
Unless you plan on using your PC for twich playing the newest games at max settings with some music and powering a couple screens no point.
As for the rest of the build could be changed depends on what your workload is and what you want to play/do with it.
Better to put the money saved into a better display
And GPU looks over kill too :p
