Here's my AMD based build. For your type of budget, AMD parts are probably the best for the money and considering you're going to play Battlefield then AMD is good. (AMD seems to work slightly better for Battlefield).

SPECS:
• FX-6300 CPU
• 8GB DDR3-1600MHz RAM
• ASRock 970 Pro3 Motherboard
• R9 270 GPU
• WD Blue 1TB Hard Drive
• Corsair 100R Case
• Silverstone Strider 600W PSU

These specs are better than my computer's processor and graphics card and I can run GTA 5 at 1080p medium/high settings at 60FPS so you'd be able to do much more.
Obviously you can add a wi-fi card or more RAM, etc depending on what your situation is. Smile

Also, never get your operating system from places such as Amazon because they're very expensive. If you can, use a 4GB+ USB stick and Microsoft's Media Creation tool to make a copy of Windows 8.1 so you can install it from there. Then buy a non-OEM key (so you can upgrade your motherboard or processor in the future) from places such as G2A.com.

Try creating a new parts list, the url was probably censored because it contained a bad word Shhh
