Right now it is very slow and runs skyrim lowest settings 30 FPS, I want it to be 60 FPS on ultra with mods
so how much would it cost to buy parts for it to run that good? Like 200, 400, 600+???

what parts do you already got and yea you could do pretty good for $600 if you spend ur money right
