(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); I'm looking for a new laptop for daily use like some gaming, Internet browsing and school work.

I have $350 to spend but I'm not into computers much and I don't know what to look for. I know my budget is low but I was hoping somebody could help me get the best for my budget.

spend the $350 on a used laptop, you will get a much better laptop vs, buying new $350 laptop,

I've looked there, but I'm not sure what specs and stuff to look for, that are good for what I want. I want more speed than anything, I don't use a lot of tabs or programs at once. So what processor, amount of ram and things like that is good for what I would be using it for?

used for $350 i woulndt take less than a 2nd gen intel i5/i7 with atleast 4gb ram and atleast 500gb harddrive, but harddrive and ram dont matter much as they are cheap to upgrade

ebay has tons of good laptops, 2nd gen intel laptops for around $170-300 even 3rd gen like this one is only $239, and more than likely thats better than any NEW $350 laptop from a store

I went a little over my budget and spent $500 on an hp pavilion 15.6" with a 5th gen i7, 8gb ram and 1 tb hdd. I bought it from Craigslist the guy won it at a Christmas party raffle so it was brand new in the box. There $750+tax in the store so I got about $300 off Smile
