You probably would run GTA V at 60-80 FPS.

If 4k however, then it's not gonna do so great.

No, for sure. My GTX 970, i5 4690k runs it on 60fps 95% of the time.

Hell yeah you will be able to run GTA on Ultra, you're treading into the 4k money range.
