And When I go To Run The Update It Says The Game could not be started?

i have install the 3.95 Gen-2
Because you need a Custom Firmware 3.71 M33 oo Higher

He doesn'y even have custom firmware,he has OFW 3.95,so I bet he needs translations because I dought he speaks french.
