Ok since that last post wasnt to helpful it all depends on what you want bro, do you want to be able to play online? then you want 6.20 TN-C or just overall compatibility and ease of use I personally love 5.50Gen-D3(Final) i had it since it came out till up to a week ago i upgraded to 6.20TN-C kinda wish i hadnt though cus my games are all buggy now lol ill write a mini tut for you using 5.50GEN-D3 as a example

download the 5.50OFW

Download 5.50Gen-D3 CFW add both to your memory stick and run the 5.50Gen D3 installer as i said it has been forever since i have updated to 5.50 so i dont remember if you will need a pandoras battery but if you want to be on the safe side buy a pandoras battery and a magic memory stick they sell for 20$ online in a set and can be used to flash any firmware you want theres more to it after that like downloading your games and homebrew and all that but for basic installation im pretty sure thats it but since im going back to 5.50 tonight if you want i can walk you through it while i do it myself to make sure nothing goes wrong but for now i need to shower ill be back on in a little bit.

First thanks for replying dude, i thanked a couple of your posts as having no rep means my +REP is like +1 lol.
But yeah tbh idc about online im happy with games and homebrew, honestly i had forgotten i had one until today lol.But yeah so grab the OFW 5.50, That CFW you mentioned an does the d3 installer come with the cfw or seperate download?

Also do you think its best to get the Pandoras battery & stick first to be safe i did read about making a magic mem card out of a pro duo but i have no idea tbh /facepalm lol thanks again dude

well heres what ill do i will downgrade using my pandoras battery to 3.60OFW and we can upgrade to 5.50Gen D-3 Together and ill write the process down slap the label tut on it and post it up on here for other ppls ^_^ do you have msn so its faster to talk? or do you want to talk through here as for your questions magic memory sticks when you buy them they are actually just blank memory sticks lol and a pandoras battery is just a normal battery with one of the resisters or whatever thats inside it busted it allows you to use the recovery menu there are tuts on how to make them if you have an extra battery but step one you need to do is if you dont wanna lose your stuff back up your memory stick so we can use it as a magic memory stick

hmm i think from this firmware you will need a pandoras battery first

but ill still make this into a guide for you to follow with step by step and pics

Yeah that sounds brilliant dude its just its late here an i have work at 5am(N) so i kinda need to get some sleep, if you want we can do it tomorrow depending on the time where you are. Anyways this is my msn [email protected] .
Add me if you dont mind so if your in a rush to downgrade today//tonight, I could maybe get you to talk me through it if i do indeed need a pandoras battery for it. i have two different 1GB pro duo's do you recommend a bigger memory card?

Once again thanks for replying i didnt think anyone was going too lol. =D
