Maybe because you messed up the motherboard or didn't scratch hard enough on the chip. I don't bother making slim pandora batteries because it doesn't work and hard modding it won't really change a thing. If you really want to hack your PSP, then go hire someone to do it for you if you know you will mess up.

Well I Know I Didn't Cut Anything On The Motherboard And I Don't Really Care About The Battery Because It Was My Friends And Like The People Who Do It Are Most Likely To Use PayPal And I Can't Use My Address With PayPal .
