I have gotten into the refurbishment business. This is my 4th psp i have bought and refurbished it. I bought it for £14 on ebay , with the problems of a buttons not seeming to by read. With parts costing £5.54 , i have made a profit of £37 by selling this bad boy to a mate at school. But i also have two other orders Winky Winky. Every psp with a custom faceplate and the potion of adding a backplate. They come with custom firmware as well. Any other ideas i could add to these psps ?

Nice dude. You can make a lot of money doing that. Some questions/suggestions for you...

Put a .ctf theme on that looks cool(maybe match colors of the face plate?) that only cfw can have. Grand Public would be a good one. I think that would make people want it more. And say that you will sell a 1Gb stick with any game you want on it for $20. I have seen 1GB memory sticks for $10...

Some questions...did you replace the faceplate entirely? Or just a covering over the black. And the buttons, is this a faceplate or completely new buttons? I'd like to put a custom one on myself....

No , i bought a a full case , but on another psp i bought , the back plate was broken so i replaced it with a the metallic blue one. The buyer didn't want the faceplate , so i replaced this one with it.Good idea about the custom themes . I also place cintros on the psp as well as gameboots.

That looks pretty nice. You should add some LED lights next time because I know a lot of people who are obsessed about them.

I bought some a week ago and I'm switching them with my red ones, I just need a tool to unsolder it.

LEDs suck up battery like no other...and risky. I would put them in only on request.

Can you post where you got the faceplates/how to replace them? I only mod teh software on the psp, not the psp itself...

Greatly appreciated.
