update to 5.03 firmware, get a copy of chickhen somewhere on the net, install and turn chickhen on then run (my favorite cfw) 5.50 gen d3 firmware installer. this is all depending on if you have the original psp which makes me think you have a 1000 correct? if you need anymore help on finding downloads or anything just ask me. beware there are copies of fake chickhen which with brick your psp.

the pirate bay is good for games btw if its a psp 3000 stop at 5.03 and use MHUspeed
then get the MHU instaler and bam u got a CFW then just look into tutorials on how to run pops and iso's n stuff IMHO 5.03 was the best to have CFW on

oh cool go to 5.03 then run chicHEN or MHUspeed there both the same except MHUspeed is 99% and doesnt need to be done 5-6 times to get it working then use this You must login or register to view this content. and now u are on m33 5.00 just follow it, it should walk you thru

dont go to a torrent site... thats normally viruses unless you are experienced... go to pspisoz.com and sign up. loads of games and its a forum double on nextgen so its really similar controls. thats where i go. got quite a few isos from there and nothing bad so far. loads of apps, homebrew, and anything else really
