(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); What is the best cfw from cfw 1.50 to 6.37 for psp 1000. I had 6.37 than i downgraded to 5.00 m33-6 and now i am trying 5.50 GEN D-3.

i think promethus is like a FirmWare spoofer... im on 5.50 GEN-D3 Promethus, and i can play games that require a higher update...

oh thats cool i will be gettin that cause i dont wanna update for madden 11 and nba 2k11

prometheus is a small mod to the flash. yes it does spoof firmware (psp registers as version 9.90 lol) but it also improves compatibility with homebrew and apps. iso tool (newest version. not totally sure what the exact version is) makes all iso and cso's run perfectly with this firmware mod.

thanks and i have promethus but when i use it wont spoof my firmware it makes me require and update.

edit: changed to 5.50 d3 and it works.

yeah some prometheus mods only works for 5.50 GEN D3 but there is one for 5.00m33-6 i believe

i tried the one for m33-6 and it didnt work for me =(

well like i said, i stick with the prometheus v4 mod for 5.05 gen d3. do you have a copy of that? if not i could post one for you.
