now it wont show the screen and it has the green button for about 5-7 secs

You probably bricked it, if the battery fell out while installing the update its bricked

You either need to use HellCats downgrader(don't know if it will work though) or you can use a pandora battery and a MMS(Magic Memory Stick) to downgrade it.. Though this time make sure to Plug in your AC adapter before you start upgrading/downgrading.

yea what the guy above me said but it also depends on what model, psp 1000, and early 2000s are compatible with a pandora battery and mms

IF you have a late 2000, 3000, or a GO your out of luck
