A guy over at emuonpsp claims he has found a way to get to the PS Vita hidden system menu which just displays some information about the firmware installed on the PS Vita, this exact menu is also available on the PS3, PSP and PSP Go. I have put how to do it on the PS3 as well.

This menu contains information about the system build, repository, revision,… doesn’t look like it’s super useful information for now, but still interesting I guess.
Just did it on my PS3 on version 4. Works and I noticed it tells some information about SDK's, Playstation 1, Playstation 2, psp, and paths where software version 4.00 is installed.
