Im not getting the 3g model as I don't see the point. But first thing ill do as soon as I get it... probably go to sleep ill have classes the next morning and work... wish it came out on a tues. instead of a wed. but oh well...ill probably play uncharted first though then ill mess with all the features and everything later. Ill also be doing my best to not update it as well unless the 1.6fw is already confirmed to contain the same hacks until wololo releases the required psp title for HBL purposes.

I know the first edition bundle comes out earlier still not worth it and the new firmare came out today 1.6 I doubt there will be another update till the wider release on the 22nd at least. As thats when most people are purchasing it from all presale indications. But honestly I just don't care for little deviants main reason im waiting plus the 3g would yield me no use only reason I would use it would be to play games and since att limits that I just don't see the point...

I doubt it there is no way that 3g even at top speeds could handle more than a 4 on 4 match tops with low end visuals I expect zipper interactive will be the best at making an online title for the system but can you imagine the data it would eat. There really isn't much to compare it too but some psp online titles would use roughly 40mb-80mb a game. Not including updates, downloads, or movies and one 2 hour movie on netflix uses roughly 350-500mb. I just don't see it and I agree with my gamestop and bestbuy managers as well as most consumers in Japan. I just don't see the 3g model taking off. But again its just personal preference. And I don't wanna pay the extra 15$ a month. However I did find out today that bestbuy is doing a deal with purchasers of the 3g model on the 15th and the 22nd where you get an extra 50$ gc for activating it with att... however again if your not a new customer its a 36$ activation fee... so..... yeah... but the reason for the 22nd 3g bundle I was told by bestbuy and gamestop is because they believe the 3g model will flop and they want to get rid of there inventory before Sony decides to stick with the wifi only model as psn has no optimization for the 3g network plus with 4g right around the corner to being massly used its believed there will be a 4g revision in a year requiring a different agreement with att... Just saying what I was told.
