i put in the seplugins folder then go to plugins on the psp but it doesnt appear idk what to do

Make sure you have a GAME.txt file in your plugins folder. Add this line ms0:/seplugins/insertpluginhere.prx 1. If your plugin doesn't show then it probaly means either you messed up on adding the line or the plugin you are wanting to have is not compatible with 6.60 B-9.
