Yes there is a lot, on a modded PSP you can run homebrew and use cheat devices to help you mod your game. There are also plugins which are pretty helpful which allows you to get the best out of your PSP. You can also run custom themes made by other users.

Ok cool. I'm not really used to modding anything on psp. I'm just a trophy hunter on ps3 lol
