(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); Anyone having trouble with charging their Vita?

I'm having trouble in charging it, I have to plug and unplug the AC more than 20 times for it to finally start charging and light is always orange when its charging, even when fully charged, it no longer change to blue like it used to. Sound button don't work (Vol+) I don't use this at all since I always have vol as default, but still a problem of the system; I don't use vita at all; I bought it on first day and I only played gravity daze, started persona 4 yesterday and battery & buttons already damaged x_x"

Should I send it to SONY or Bestbuy ( It have a Year of warranty with Bestbuy too but I don't know how Bestbuys warranty works so) ?!
