Sorry but I don't happen to know any games that you can get quick trophies on but in will look into it and let you know :-).

The walking Dead, Mw3, WaW, Borderlands.

Madden 13 you can get about 60% in under a hour; don't get call of duty declassified its time consuming, resistance burning skies I believe it's called is easy and of course sound shapes instant plat

cloudy with a chance of meatballs, terminator salvation, any lego game rly, Hannah Montana, mega mind, cars race o rama. Basically any kids game is a stress free platinum.

Why you mentioning ps3 games he is clearly asking in the psp vita section.

yeah going to get resistance ive heard alot about it, apparently you can do it in one playthrough 2 or max.
