Bots only keep 1 of the best but why keep a zubat in the Pokemon list when it's useless. Should just be discarded right after required the XP for capture.

In Necro you could set keemminduplicatepokemon to 0 then enable the PokemonNotTransfer and add the pokemons you wish to keep in the notTransfer list. That should effectively do what you're asking.

There is a feature on Necro Bot that let's you choose what Pokemon to not catch.
