There is a new bot available that currently works, it's called CatchEm.
Since Necrobot has practically died, this is the next best thing. I'd still recommend using a VPN with this bot though:

If a bot goes too fast, Niantic will be able to see it and terminate your account. Slower is better. As for the fastest setting, there isn't one that won't get you banned. Just bot slow and safe.

any reason that when i have the vpn enabled half of the time the bot will not connect propley i have tested this with gmail and ptc
by not connecting propley i mean the bot will not dectect pokestops
also i can sign in on the accs on my phone fine (not perma banned )

update. fixed my issue by changing server on the vpn maby they banned the ip of the vpn was using. if thats possible ?
