If you are receiving Catchflee always in your bot, I may have a solution for you.
**CONFIRMED IT UNBANS YOU**
1. Using your phone (or NOX), find a pokemon to catch.
2. Spam 100 pokeballs at the pokemon without hitting it.
3. On around the 100th ball, hit the pokemon, and it should not flee.
4. If it does not flee, you have sucessfully resolved your Catchflee problem.
Alternately you can use this program:

Running that program should remove your catchflee errors.

That seems to be a one time only thing, since you can only catch a starter pokemon once.
