I myself have just tried to read through it but I'm afraid I don't understand it. If someone who is more in-the-know could read it and write it in more understandable language it would be much apreciated ;-)

first off it wont affect geohots hack for the ps3,secondly ithink its more of a IBM PATENT
rather then a sony one.Its abit like shutting the gate after the horse has bolted

Have you seen how long the patent is? I read the first section then it gets out of control.
