ohh and make sure some 1 is in your scope when you use it.

haha i dont think i have ever seen a controller that says "back" on it

this is not a glitch and you need to unlock the spotting scope in recon 1st and have it equipped.

it does work in HC as I really only play Hardcore, the only difference is the red triangle does not appear,
your soldier will still say enemy spotted or one of the other enemy spoted comments.

its not a glitch its the purpose of the spotting scope.

You don't have to have the spotting scope to do this, but the scope does it automatically for you.
