it called server updates. mw2 had problems at launch and bfbc2 is too. be patient.

dont know... but usually they last anywhere from 1-4 hours max... check out the battlefield blog and see if there is any info on it. i'll check now to be helpful...
update: no blog posts. prolly just a quick fix. what system are you playing it on? i'm about to check it out on ps3.

was just about to post > Same for me all guns & rank have been reset.
But they have all just came back as i started a new game.i suggest waiting it out for one game & see if it resets.

this happened to me 4 times today but the came back after about 10 mins of playing ...it gets annoying
