Gametrailers just released a video comparing the Overgrown of Modern Warfare 2, recently released in the new Stimulus Package, and that of the original Overgrown map from Call of Duty 4. As you can see, it seems as though the new MW2 version has recieved a bit of a downgrade on the graphical side. Are Infinity Ward slacking again?

As someone who HAS played the map pack, more than was first thought humanly possible, I have to say that there really IS a graphical downgrade from CoD4 to MW2. The whole map in MW2 looks grainy and like there was not enough effort put into it by IW. However, I prefer playing it on MW2. Maybe this is becase of the new maps or maybe it's because I forgot how much I missed CoD4, but all I know is that it is a lot more fun in MW2.

just because its not out for PS3 doesn't mean we cant compare it all we need is eyes for that!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! we don't need to play it to compare the graphics we just need to see it
LOOK at the car at the very start of the level CRASH the attention to detail is so much better for COD4 its the same in both level more details in COD4 but brighter in MW2

mw2 looks alot better imo. they lighting is enhanced, the trees sway, the coloring is more realistic. i think it looks pretty good

I think the Cod4 maps look way better, just because there's more color doesn't mean its better. At the same time it doesn't make it better that its dim, however the Cod4 maps have an atmosphere that had that gloomy feel to it. The remade maps just made it brighter and added less detail, I think they slacked off (personally).
