You're supposed to reviving. This keeps tickets, for your team.

AEDs (what you use to revive don't have that long of a wait between shocks, trust me I'm a firefighter who IS AED certified. I know.), so to balance the game because the bodies disappear so fast, it makes sense to have them recharge that quick.

Snipers? Sitting back, being selfish and not helping complete the objective. Only effective in collapsing buildings with mortar strikes on the buildings that can be collapsed. And spotting enemies to help the team make forward progress. If you are a sniper and you're not doing both, you are a waste of a player slot. On the other hand I think snipers should get 1 mortar strike and then have to get a ammo crate from a teammate to replenish their mortar strike (just like grenades).

Shotguns? Seriously being "sniped" across the map with a shotgun is just ridiculous. The range really needs to be shortened, in all other shooter games you don't see shotguns being used as sniper rifles because they are short range weapons that do a lot of damage close up (as they should be).

Yes these are WAY too over powered. I've been sniped with the Remington? one quite a few times.
