joystiq has posted on their website that the 5th generation of Pokemon is officially announced!!

So what colours have been named to these games??

Black and White. The two most basic colours have been announced as the new Pokemon games.

So what can we expect?? There haven't been much released but on the Pokemon website. it was stated that "every aspect will be reborn innovatively" which could mean new and exciting things for not only the Pokemon themselves, but also maybe for gameplay, sound, graphics, and other of the repetitive aspects that has been the lead criticism for the Pokemon series.

Before this announcement a mystery Pokemon was discovered and it has been revealed that this mystery Pokemon is Zoroark.

According to the teaser, we will know more about Black and White on April 15.

I don't know about you....but i am absolutely thrilled about this because i have grown up and around the whole Pokemon series. We all grew out of the cartoon but the game still appeals to some of gamers, especially me.

POKEMON!!! I can't wait for the American version (even though it gets released like a year or two after it is in Asia)

Can't wait for racial tensions to increase during pokemon battles!
