This is an exciting week for the Future Soldier team! We’ve peeled back the curtain and given online sites a first look at the game. The guys in France met with European press, and since Red Storm is supporting the Ubisoft Paris studio on GRFS, producer Stuart White and sound designer Justin Drust met with US press. Here are some of the details revealed:

- As a reminder, Splinter Cell: Conviction is releasing 4/13 in North America, 4/16 in Europe, and 4/28 in Japan. If you pick up a copy of Conviction, an exclusive beta invitation for Ghost Recon: Future Soldier is included. Be sure to hold onto your SCC game disk, as this is how you will access the GRFS beta.

The Future of War

- Ghosts have the latest and best high-tech military equipment, which is inspired by actual prototypes
- Exoskeleton enhances the Ghosts’ physical abilities, allowing them to run, leap, slide and kick farther & faster

Classes & associated weaponry:
- Commando - Shoulder mounted rocket launcher
- Sniper - Heartbeat detector
- Engineer - Drones
- Recon - Optical camo

Natural Cooperation

- Coordinate combat by linking up with your Ghost teammates
- While linked up, you can benefit from and combine your teammates’ high-tech abilities

General Info

- You play as Kozak
- Split-screen & online co-op campaign will be available
- 8v8 Multiplayer
- Ranking progression across SP, Co-op, and MP, like the PEC system in R6 Vegas
- Ranking system unlocks rewards for your Ghost or clan
