In a recent interview with the Official Playstation Magazine, Treyarch head Mark Lamia spoke about the inclusion of a Zombie Mode for their upcoming title Call of Duty: Black Ops. The Zombie Mode was a firm fan favourite on Call of Duty: World At War, and many people found it to be the best aspect of the game.
"We really like the zombie mode, and as I mentioned I can't talk about the co-op mode other than to say that one of the reasons we love it so much is that it feels like it was a fan-adopted mode," said Lamia.
Lamia asked the interviewer if he wanted the mode to return, which was answered with an inevitable ''Yes.'' Lamia replied, "Okay. Well all I can tell you is we listen to our fan base."
If Treyarch do indeed listen to their fan base, they would've heard desperate cries from the entire Call of Duty fan base for a return of the sacred Zombie mode. We'll just have to wait and see if they decide to include it in Black Ops, which is due for release in November.

i would be blown away if there weren't zombies in black ops and i too hope that map packs stay 9.99, on world at war i bought 3 map packs with 3 multiplayer maps each for 30$. thats 12 mp maps plus 3 zombie maps too and with mw2, 2 15 dollar map packs only include 5 maps each which makes 10 in total
