LittleBigPlanet, which was recently voted the #1 game for User Created Content by GameInformer Magazine, has just announced that LBP will be getting a little taste of the Marvel Universe soon.

Hitting the PSN store on July 7th, the Marvel Pack includes the following character costumes:

  1. Captain America
  2. Daredevil
  3. Doctor Octopus
  4. Elektra
  5. Ghost Rider
  6. Green Goblin
  7. Hulk
  8. Invisible Woman
  9. Iron Man
  10. The Human Torch
  11. Magneto
  12. Mystique
  13. The Punisher
  14. Rogue
  15. Spider-Man
  16. Storm
  17. The Thing
  18. Thor
  19. Venom
  20. Wolverine

Another addition to this Pack is the Marvel Level Pack, which contains four new levels in which the player fights Magneto.

I have been thinking of getting a Playstation 3 for some time now, and this game is definitely influencing my decision (too bad Deadpool isn't included in this pack!).

Hope everyone enjoys this new Pack when it comes out Smile

To and fro the island.
It's great to see them still supporting their first game. I always think it's a shame when developers completely shift away from their one beloved game in hopes to create something ten times better. I like that developers are trying to improve their games, but I like it when developers keep with their games for a long period of time, like with this.

For whatever reason, I never purchased LittleBigPlanet. When it first released, I wasn't interested in it. When I did play it, I had it rented. By the time I had finally decided to buy it, I felt it was too late. I might just say screw it though, and pick up a copy and join the fun.

LBP is one of the reasons that I want a PS3 haha, I think the game looks fantastic, and the level of customizable material is just insane.

It's a truely great game, and more to the point, I want to hit you with a frying pan =D

As for this pack, it looks great, not sure if I'll buy it though as LBP2 is comming soon. It may be the free add on for ps+ users next month, or may have a discount (due to this being sony). If it is discounted it'll certainly be a tempting buy!
