Get on any level with a Black Hawk helicopter and select the Engineer class with the repair tool. Make sure your in no ones squad (you don't want them spawning to you and taking your helicopter), and then grab a Black Hawk helicopter. Go somewhere you can land, and none of your teammates or enemies can go. I prefer an area that is restricted (when your in the helicopter, restricted areas are smaller).

Now, damage your helicopter as much as you can without making it explode. Now get back in the helicopter or land it if your flying the helicopter (land it in your safe spot, of course). Then switch your position inside the helicopter so your by the door (not on a mini-gun). Now turn all the way around and use your tool on the part of the helicopter that is in the back of your position. Now that may be complicated to understand, so here is a picture:

You'll get 20 XP for about every 10-20 points you repair on the helicopter. You'll get about 1 thousand XP per 5 minutes.

What's your next post, "You can repair the ATV all by yourself and get points by switching seats and repairing from behind"? "All credit goes to me." Well that's been known since the game came out too :embarrassed: I guess good job for letting those few people know, who didn't already

I tried this back when the game came out and i was showing a friend who just got the game a couple of things this being one and I just got Vehicle damage when trying to repair it so i guess its patched =) i could be wrong but thats all i got

I was doing this in a match like 2 nights ago because nobody was on the defending team and it was working for me. I would just fly the helicopter into a pole over and over and then I would land it and switch to the seat and repair it and I was getting +20 every time.

wow this tip makes battlefield sound so fun lol , you could just destroy veichles and kill people then repair etc , much more rewarding and fun , but good tip nevertheless if you dont want to fight!!
