So, should there be a new Need for Speed game, what would you like it to be like? By this, I mean would you rather NFS to go back to its roots as such, with street racing games such as Most Wanted, or to continue with track racing games like Shift. Both have their pros and cons, and although both are very fun to play, street racing seems to be Need for Speed's forte, and is what got it very popular. Now that it has ventured into the track racing genre, it has to contend with other big titles including as Gran Turismo.

I miss the good ole' non track games, they seem to have stopped selling or game studios just stopped making them :cry:

Defo street, there are aspects of NFS that make it necessary to be a criminal. To be honest, it just isn't fun if you're totally legal :p. Imagine cruising at 30mph! One of my favourite NFS' is Most Wanted, simply because of the awesome police chases you could have. I caused one hell of a lot of destruction .

Wait, isn't there an NFS game coming out in November?

Street games. But not that underground bs. That's not a real NFS. Im talking about like NFS high stakes or hot pursuit.

Shift was ok but thats what Gran Turismo is for.

TBH i fink they shud just go back to nfs underground 2 tht game was beast nothing beets it i mean the amount of customizeation nd its easy to use if it was updated a lil it cud b 1 of the greatest games ever

yeh i agree with the post above since the last few NFS have really failed

most wanted was my favourite game, i had hours of fun just smashing shit up then running from the police and making them crash
