Sony have launched new gaming headsets this week. The gaming headsets have been created around extensive user research. Playstation 3 users was giving a questionnaire to fill out about what features they would like on the "Ideal Playstation 3 headset".

This headset supports 7.1 3D surround sound, This will be a excellent feature for First Person Shooters. The headset is called the DR-GA500. Sony released a headset before but it has fewer features it was called DR-GA200.

I still think turtle beach will keep their name as the "best headsets". I know I'm keeping mine instead of this. The only thing they could do better about my turtle beach headset is make it wireless, and even if they did I wouldn't pay much more for it.
