Ok so after success with my last interview with Vanitas I thought why not interview another moderator :y: so here I bring you a interview with Shiver.

Jayy : Ok so who are you ?
Shiver : I am shiver, or as most became to know me AlphaDenver.
Jayy : Ok through out this interview what would you like to be called ?
Shiver : Since I am currently known as shiver, let's stick with that
Jayy : Ok :y: So shiver How old are you ?
Shiver : I am the ripe OLD age (Feels like that around here) of 28.
Jayy : Oh cool, Not too old then :wtf:. Where about are you located ?
Shiver : As my original name (Which I do miss) suggests I reside in Denver Colorado. The amazing land of mountains and fun.
Jayy : Ahh sweet :-) Would you care to explain what made you sign up to NGU ? and When about did you sign up ?
Shiver : I signed up in in February 8th, 2010. What brought me to NGU was a mixture of accident and purpose. I was on the quest for some JTAG knowledge and landed on NGU and several other sites. I stuck around for the wealth of non-JTAG information I found here and the community I instantly felt connected to.
Jayy : Ahh i see, Well what kind of hobbies do you have ?
Shiver : I am a die hard hardware hacker from the phone phreaking days. I still enjoy endless amounts of electronic projects as well as coding. Away from computers and geeky stuff I enjoy mountain biking, amateur motorcycle racing, motorcycle riding, dirtbike's, snowboarding, hiking, rock climbing, and almost anything outdoors. Any activity I can bring my wife or my Doggy Mack with I am game for.
Jayy : Ahh so you have a venturful life , what Game genre's do you enjoy playing ?
Shiver : You know up until December of 2009 I had not owned a console since Sega Genesis :cry:. Sad I know. I spent a few years on/off playing some PC games, mostly World of Warcraft and Starcraft. But now that I have both PS3 and XBOX 360, I enjoy FPS but also like sports games.
Jayy : Ahh so we do have something in common :-D , do you enjoy listening to music and watching films ? if so what type/ones ?
Shiver : Are you trying to pick me up? Show me your :tits: !!! Ok kidding
I love live music and am a DIEHARD movie buff. I am the type who watches movies over and over and has entirely too many stupid fact's/quotes memorized. As for music, I listen to a lot of everything, but really do not care for country. I am more of a heavy metal kind of guy then anything else. Movies, you name it I will watch it. But I really prefer horror movies. Sick I know.
Jayy : Ahaha yeah :y: definatley trying to pick you up
I have already got Vanitas onboard . What is your favorite aspect of NGU ?
Shiver : I know it may not always seem like it, but the cohesiveness of the community. It is hard for me to explain but I feel like there is a lot of common bonds here. Yes there are some endless repetitive questions that we all get annoyed at. By in large though the community drives me everyday to keep the forums clean and helpful.
Jayy : Cool story Brah :y:, Just kidding. Where do you see youself in 5 years Shiver ?
Shiver : 5 years, wow. This is a question I always loathe. I am not a planner by any means. I tend to live in the moment and live life as it comes. But let's give it a shot. 5 years I hope I am still in Colorado as I love it here so much. I will probably be doing the same job but maybe at a different company. Network Security is where my passion is. But I think my biggest plan will be a few mini shivers running around my house
Jayy : lol can I haz a baby with you =D, what is the most daring thing you have ever done ?
Shiver : Base Jumping by far. I have been sky diving quite a few times as well as bungee jumping. But base jumping took me beyond any fear and adrenaline rush I have ever experienced. I loved it :evil:
Jayy : WOW, I hate hights lol I shit bricks every time i get past 10 foot ahha. but overall what would you like to say to the NGU community ?
Shiver : What I would like to share with the community is meet someone new. Talk to a user you have never seen before in the shoutbox. Visit some new sections outside of your "norm" and help out and learn where you can. The forums have a wealth of information as well as a wealth of amazing users. Every "group" here contains some amazing people. Don't treat Non-premium, Premium, Moderators and Admins any different then you would the last. And above all of that, don't stop hacking! :bro:
