Apple are delving more and more into the touch world. With the huge success of the iPod Touch, iPhone and now the iPad it seems Apple want to fully integrate tablet functionality into all their products. Blueprints have been officially released that show us the next generation of Mac will have touch functionality supposedly extremely similar to the iPad proven by the image below:

The Macbook Tablet Blueprint. 'isplay 1130' may be rotated to fit snugly over the keyboard and be used practically as an iPad. To use the iMac touch you simply rotate it as shown in the image and it too, will 'transform' into something similar to an iPad.

I think this could be very cool, however, I'm sure we can see a massive jack up in prices. What do you think?

I doubt this will come out in the next couple of years.. but it was obvious apple will come out with a touch imac soon.. can't wait for this to come out

omg i call this Apple VuuDo...apple has a hold of me whenever they release something new...and i just bought a 24-inch mac book now this touch screen? damn it makes me want to get this one once it comes out...curse it apple...why do you have to make such awesome computers? sigh must resist the temptation of their products...especially the new mac mini, damn that's a beauty, has hdmi, a freaking flash drive finally, easy removable panel on the bottom for upgraded in ram and a 320gb or a 500gb...sigh it's only 699 or 999 for it...man that's money i wish i had.

but back to the topic on hand, damn that imac would be so bad ass to have, it's totally the ultimate mac besides the custom build mac pro which totally pwns everything else. lol

these blue prints look very convincing and going to be bad ass for sure. again i hate apple, for casting this vuudoo on me and everyone else...they are so smart yet evil :evil: i tell you...

ohh well thanks for the blue prints mate. it's cool how it becomes a tablet yet become a all in one desktop when you left the screen back to normal.

sweet I was thinking of getting a new laptop and was not sure to stay with PC or goto Imac but now I think I just made my mind nice
