As I'm sure you all know, Halo: Reach has been leaked on the internet and hit file sharing sites at some point yesterday. Thousands of people have downloaded it and are playing it on flashed Xbox's and JTAGs. Microsoft have responded in the same way as they did to Modern Warfare 2: by permanently banning these players from Xbox Live.

Thank you,

Harsh, but definitely justified from Microsoft's point of view. All those who will be playing the game now will be breaching copyright law and Microsoft probably banned a fair few JTAGs in the process (while it's not illegal, Microsoft hate JTAGs (it's just like JailBreaking).
So, take care when playing online! Know your risks if you want to play this game now!
