No, its technically not a mod. all you do is add the content and the profile on to your xbox. it works

its not even very good.
the helmet makes you stick out like a sore thumb online.
Looks sweeeet on campaign though.
Its not worth the risk of possibly being banned really.

You most likely will not getbanned for this. as you are just using an offline profile. you log into the offline one while signed into your main online account and it just shows up in your armory. Very little chance of being banned because nothing is modded. its just transferred content from someone who bought the legendary edition.

good luck with that. i'll just keep my flame retardant helmet.
