Play till your level 10 then refresh your vet status that counts a +1 to you vet rank I think.

I got it for being a vet owning 1943

So that 3 rule is rubbish :/
As long the account is a vet you should have access

I thought that you only needed 2 games to get the vet rank. Did they change it?
