Playstation Move Sells Big!

As we all know Playsation Move was supposed to come out in a big way and take the motion control game to a whole new level... and apparently it has. According to top Sony executives Playstation Move has been everything they expected and more (selling around 1.5 milion in Europe), and assuming Sony isn't lying to cover their backsides I believe them.

Despite not releasing any hard data for the US Sony has told Industry Gamers that they are "very happy" with sales of Move, and with all the money they have spent on Kevin Butler and his top notch commercials I would hope they get their money's worth. When Sony's EyeToy was originally thought up back in 1999 it opened a door for games to be controlled with motion only. Nintendo then to from that idea the motion controller which has been dominating the gaming market only by Nintendo until now. Move is basically an expansion of the Eyetoy and what can easily be considered the new and improved Wii. Sony will also have to compete with Microsoft's Kinect in the upcoming month's.

this will be the only reason i buy a PS3 the Kinect is gonna be shit but looking at the the games its gonna have support on i hate to say this but this might actually give sony a chance to 1 up Ms
