It seemed as though all was good for Call of Duty fans upon the release of Black Ops. Gamers worldwide had been anticipating the release for some time, all very eager to get playing and leveling once again in a race to the top. However, players across the globe have been expressing their distaste for the game in a wide variety of aspects; and they're not hesitating to be heard this time.

Gamers are bringing up things from the game's graphics and story-line, to the inconsistent performance and unavoidable multiplayer lag.

i don't think the game is a complete fail, it has alot to offer, if only they can fix the many problems with the game that I have ran into. The lag every where in every game mode or connection setting, in solo zombies with the internet off. the game wasn't produced properly or something. Or they were so much more worried about the hackers and trying to protect their game from being corrupted they filled it was so much crap that my console can't take its harsh blows at it's slow ram...

yeah, i mean of course there's the lag problem & a few others here and there but when i first played Black Ops, it didn't feel like a COD game, it looks to cartoon-ish IMO.

Ok here goes my rant.

{No they did not fail what so ever} - Great game they have made here.

Server's - Yes I can say that Black Ops does lag at times but it's not out of control. You got to think that when that many people are playing the game at once you would think some lag would occur. Let us not forget that when Mw2 came out there servers got over loaded and crashed for a day.

Multiplayer, Zombies, Etc... - I do think they took great time and effort on this part. The gun's are great. The maps are great, espically the interactive maps. Example: Launch the rocket blasts off. Zombies and Campaign just great job they have done here. Feels like real life, more things you can control and actually do more things. Best from a Cod I have seen. :y:

New Features - The money system is great. I believe for my self that Treyarch has all the balls of them all. They are actually looking at a game and trying to put it in real life out looks. Examples: You can still quick scope but it's not that good. But you have to think, Who in the hell actually shoots like that? Buying things, You do not unlock things in real life you have to buy them.

Moaning and Crying - Let me get this straight the game has not even been out a week yet. Treyarch made this game for people to enjoy and have fun, not to moan and cry over stupid little things. Treyarch could have not even made this game if they did not want to. It's called being "greatfull". Yes there will be tune up's and etc.. These will come and will make your gaming experience better.

Issues- Most of the game is great. 1 of the biggest things I have noticed is the RESPAWN. They do need to put a tune up on this big time. I can tell that they did not put much effort in to this. But I know for myself things will come and make things better once enough people get the word out and etc...

But yep I for myself think they actually did a decent job on this game and should get more credit instead of complainers.

That why you hide somewhere, wait for the chopper to go, or take out your dam launcher and blow that mofugga down

I don't see how you can be complaining about the spawns when they are just as bad in mw2 and cod4 :O

I agree with everything except the story line wich i think is a bit far-sighted (not too sure if thats how you say it)

Parties sometime crash etc..

But actual in-game lag is not on treyarch's side.. ALL GAMES ARE CLIENT SIDE MEANING YOU OR I ARE THE HOST.

Exactly why I stayed away from treyarch. They f@cked everyone on WaW. Did you think the seed was gonna fall that far from the tree with Black Ops. Played it at my friends house and was glad I saved my $60. Only the nutswingers have found some random excuse to like it. I prefer a game with no excuses. Go ahead and flame nutswingers, enjoy your garbage game.

What is your reasoning? You don't present any valid reasons that it failed.

I don't see how anybody can say Black ops is bad.
Sure getting into lobbies is very slow and the spawns are messed up until a patch is released. However the gameplay and every other aspect of the game is are second to none. This game blows that sad excuse Modern Warfail 2 out of the water and anybody that says otherwise is stupid.

The graphics are better than any game beforehand too. Okay so they don't have that cartoon feel of MW2 but thats a good thing. From what I've seen across the web and here on Ngu the only people who put Black Ops down are the mentally challenge fanboys of MW2 who are pissed because they cannot glitch or hack the game to there pleaseing.
