Tom Clancy's Ghost Recon: Future Soldier was scheduled to release Fiscal Year 2011, but has been delayed to FY2012 in hope to , as Ubisoft's Community Developer Kimi Matsuzaki put it: "make the game the best it possibly can be." This means that GRFS won't release until at least April 2011.
After hearing about the new release date, gamers began to worry that the beta would no longer release. Matsuzaki rid that fear, stating:
"You haven't heard much from us lately because we've been hard at work improving the game, and we'll share new details with you soon. The GRFS beta is still in the plan, and it will be happening closer to the new release date."
As planned, the beta continues to be an Xbox 360 Exclusive and exclusive to owners of Splinter Cell: Conviction.
Ghost Recon: Future Soldier remains to be in development for Xbox 360, PlayStation 3, PC, DS and PSP.
Driver: San Francisco has also been delayed. We have yet to receive an explanation concerning the delay.
