(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); Earlier this week there was much speculation of the possibility of a PlayStation phone announced on December 9th. Recently new rumours have surfaced about the details of the new phone:

• The display is “mind-blowing” and on-par (to the naked eye) with the iPhone 4′s Retina Display. Sony has introduced some Bravia technology into it and leverages on the brand when highlighting the display
  
• Won’t ship in time for the holidays and might be aiming for February
  
• Off-contract price to be around $500 with 5 free games included
  
• Games to be priced around mobile gaming prices, such as sub-$10, unlike the higher price for PSP games
  
• The Z-System name is still being thrown around, and while specific details on it aren’t available, it has been used to describe both the gaming platform and the distribution center
  

The details have been reported by a number of sources, so there is a high chance they are true, although nothing has been confirmed.

10 bucks says that's not even close to what it will look like.

I can't wait for it if it is true... Though I probably won't buy it since its the PSPgo, with a phone, I never really liked the PSPgo at all and came off Sony's range of phones in recent years.

I'd buy it, unless its on a specific Cellphone service provider, cause i like my AT&T Phone service, but the phones available are total crap.

I wont be surprise if they created a phone they had many rumors about this way back...

Think I'll stick to htc.

The second image looks much better than the first image.
I imagine the games would waste the battery time. Also, it looks like an inaccurate replica of the PSP Go.

To me, that looks like a PSPGo, but with the iPod displays. Looks as if Sony are trying to copy Apple now?

I wonder how long it'll be before rumours go around saying that Sony copied Apple & Microsoft...
