Last week was a big hit for the Nintendo, selling over 1,500,000 consoles between Nintendo: Wii and Nintendo: DS.
Over 900,000 DS systems were sold, along with 600,000 Wii systems sold along side it in just seven days.
The Wii increased its sales of 550,000 last year, as the DS dropped over one million since last year. People say this is because the release of Nintendo's new release: Nintendo: 3DS, coming out in just a few months.
A way of helping out the sales of Thanksgiving/Black Friday is the 25th Anniversary of Mario. Having them sell red DSi's and red Wii's, in the above picture.
